This study uses primary data sourced from a questionnaire distributed to thirty respondents. The purpose of this study is to analyse the implementation of three national education standards (SNPs), namely management standards, graduates competency standards, and teacher and education staff at the Ummul Quro (UQ) Islamic school and the Bogor Hajj Persaudaraan Foundation (YPHB) using importance-performance analysis (IPA) model. The empirical findings of the study reveal that with a transformational leadership style and work environment, both through the process of establishing employee discipline and directly affecting the performance of civil servants at the Ministry of Villages, Disadvantaged Areas and Transmigration. The research was conducted from January 2020 to July 2020. Data processing uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the Partial Least Square (SmartPLS) version 3.0 program. The number of respondents in this study were 116 people. Respondents were selected using purposive sampling technique. The study population was all PNS Kemendes-PDTT. The research design used was an associative explanative research with a survey method. ABSTRACT The research aims to analyze the level of influence of the application of transformational leadership style, work environment on the work discipline of civil servants in the Ministry of Villages, Disadvantaged Regions and Transmigration of the Republic of Indonesia (Kemendes-PDTT) and its impact on employee performance in dealing with frontier, outermost and disadvantaged areas in the territory of the State Republic of Indonesia. The purposive sampling technique was applied to 184 respondents with a psychological scale. Therefore, the objective of this research was to examine the theoretical model of religiosity's effect on psychological well-being with resilience as a mediator for mothers with autistic children in Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, and Bekasi. Furthermore, religiosity and resilience are key factors influencing psychological well-being development, particularly for mothers, related to self-acceptance, personal development, life goals, understanding of the environment, independence, and positive relationships. As a consequence, adequate support becomes necessary in ensuring balanced mental health. Severe stress and depression are common phenomena among mothers of children diagnosed with autism.
The data obtained from the questionnaires were collected and then processed and analysed using smart PLS software. The data collection method used in this study is a survey method by distributing purposive questionnaires. Leadership, supervision, on performance mediated by the adversity quotient.
